What this site collects
This website is run by Rooster Homes (DRE #02051216). When you fill out a form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your first name, last name, email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, which of the listed roles you are writing as, and a note.
If you give a phone number and check the box agreeing to receive text messages, we record that you agreed, the exact wording you were shown, and the date and time. We also note which page or campaign brought you to the site, such as a link from an email or an advertisement. That describes the link, not you.
Like most websites, the servers that deliver this site keep standard technical logs, such as the pages requested and the time of the request. We do not ask for or collect payment information, Social Security numbers, or government ID numbers through this site.
Who receives it
When you submit a form, your information is sent to Lofty, the customer relationship system Rooster Homes uses to manage client follow-up. Lofty stores it on our behalf as a service provider.
This site is hosted by Vercel, which delivers the pages and processes the technical logs described above as our service provider.
The maps on this site are provided by Google Maps. When a page with a map loads, your browser connects to Google to display it, and Google's own privacy policy applies to that connection.
Lofty and our hosting provider handle your information on behalf of Rooster Homes. We do not sell your personal information.
Because families often write to us about a death in the family, please share only what you are comfortable sharing in the form. Anything you would rather discuss directly can wait for a phone call.
Advertising and analytics
This site does not use advertising pixels, retargeting tools, or analytics tools. If that ever changes, this policy will name each tool, explain what it receives, and say how to opt out, before the tool is turned on.
How it is used
We use your information to answer your request and to follow up with you about the sale or purchase of a home, including a probate or trust sale. We may also send you occasional email, such as articles from this site. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time.
We keep your contact details in our system so we can continue to serve you, and we remove them when you ask us to.
Calls and text messages
We only text a phone number when its owner has agreed to receive text messages from Rooster Homes. If you give a phone number without checking the text-message box, we keep it only so Brandon can call you, and we do not text it.
Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any email, and stop text messages by replying STOP.
